Common questions

How do I get help inside the app?

Open Settings and choose Send feedback to report a bug or share an idea. For an account-access problem, use the support email above.

I can’t sign in. What should I do?

Use the sign-in method associated with your account: email and password, Google, or Apple. If you use email and password, try the password-recovery option. If you still need help, contact us without including your password or verification codes.

A library import isn’t working.

Check that the source account information needed by the import is publicly accessible, or that your file matches the format shown in the app. Tell us which import you used and the error you saw. Epilog does not ask for your Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox password.

How do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Use the report action on the relevant content or user profile so moderators can identify it. You can also block a user from their profile. If you cannot access the report action, email support with the relevant username or public link.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the verification steps. To request deletion without the app, follow the web deletion instructions. The Privacy Policy explains the deletion scope and retention exceptions.
